Internet Troll: "In Internet terminology, a troll is a person who posts offensive or off-topic comments online. These comments are often made to incite arguments or emotional responses from other users."
-- PC.net

NOTE: A troll would not be someone who disagrees in a civil and responsible manner with the group think of the forum on the topic under discussion. Free speech is going to guarantee disagreement. So rather than a troll being the problem, the actual problem might be with the commentators that call for the banning of another commentator because the commentator disagrees with the dominate theme or group think of the topic at hand.

Crude and vulgar language or personal attacks from a commentator need not and will not be tolerated.
